Hi all,

Seen a few other threadds about this but nothing that truly solves my problem.

I am using the cable that came with the A320 (and have tried a few others) and have used it in USB and int he mains (using a 3 Pin adapter on the Chinese Socket).

It shows the Battery symbol with no + symbols, just a solid green bar and it will stay like that either for a few seconds or permanently.

Last night I had it on just the USB symbol in the mains for 12 hours and it went from 1 bar to 2 and when I used it it dropped back to 1 bar within 2 minutes.

This leads me to believe it simply is not charging.

As I write this, it is in USB with the solid green battery symbol and 1 bar and assume it will probably do nothing.

Any suggestions?

Thanks

had the same prob, seems the software believes the battery is fully charged while it is not. I solved it by hooking it up to the pc and leave it there. (did the software disconnect) after 1 day of charging it is full. It doesnt show any signs of charging this way but it did charge.

COuld be cable. Try different ones.My original Dingoo USB cable did not work so I tried different ones and found that they worked. Also you can connect DIngoo to USB Wall Mount or USB charge from PC.

If that does not work then I suggest sending it back as you make have an issue with Dingoo.

"Needs IPOD Codec then its a perfect 10"
