Black plain usb of DEATH

I just got my dingoo,
and i decided to install some GBA's, so i do.
But then, when I disconnect it, it froze to the usb screen, so I read the mannual and sure enough, they say what to do, but NOT TO DO TO FIX IT.
I'm mad, I've been waiting for this late package for more than a week on expidited.
Someone help me, its not responsive.
you cant even reset it? that happened to me, but i could reset it. also, for me, i found i have to go to my bottom bar, hit the little arrow, go to safely remove hardware and eject media, and eject usb mass storage device. i have windows 7
