CLOSED : ingoo freezes everytime I connect it to my computer.

So i've connected my Dingoo to both my Mac and my Windows XP computer, but everytime i do, my Dingoo freezes and i have to use the reset button to unfreeze it. So i need to know:
1.Why is this happening?
2.Where would i put, for example, a NES rom?
3.What do i need to do so this doesn't occur again?

I'm having a similar problem, when i throw the dindoo a 320 icon to the trash in mac os x (10.5.7) the console still showing the USB icon, and every time I have to reset it pushing the micro reset button with a metal clip
what's going on??

sorry i know nothing about macs
1.are you using the cable that came with the dingoo, try that first, are you using the safely remove hardware button on the right side of the windows taskbar, also plug it in while the dingoo is turned off
2.in a folder you create inside the game folder
3.more understanding ; ^[)
