Hello. first of all i am sorry for my broken english. i hope i can explian my problem.
i just get my Gemei A330 today from dealextreme. at first everything was great. but after i try to upgrade the firmware,something happened. now whenever i plug the device to my computer it says "you should format the drive to use" i tried to format it (ntfs and FAT32) but it never finish. it is just waiting. nothing happens. i tried all of this with micro Sd card. i cant format it or reach it too.
if i try to open my gemei it is opening but in the game files or other files there is nothing. it says "no file" .
please help me? did i break the device? what should i do?

Thank but i cant even copy anything to internal or sd car memory and i cant format it...
HELLL YEAA... i did it. windows wont write any file to my GEMEI a330 and dont let me format internal device. i plug my device a computer which has Linux. linux let it write files to internal drives. so i copy to last firmware to device and upgrade again. now it works in windows 7 again.

I havent had any problems like that with my a330, so im not exactly sure what the real problem is, however, i will tell you what i would do...first, i would go to the gemei (or dingoo digital, whichever it says in the manual) website, re-install the older firmware, reload all the .sim files that it shipped with, again, from their website, load up some roms and see if it takes...anything else is going to be hit or miss. I suppose as a last option you could try returning it or exchanging it for a new one...
