i have just gotten my dingoo, and obviously love it, but i am unable to get genesis, neo geo or gameboy/gameboy colour games to work, is this a serious problem whihc warrants me returning the device or should it be ok if get dingux on it or some sort of new emulators? and i am having problems finding anywere to get to get mini SDs or an adapter are the methods of getting dingux directly to its memory as safe?

are the games not showing on the a320 did you format the device before you put the games on it if so u will have to put the emulators back on the device you can download them here make sure that u put them in the game folder on the a320 if u didnt format and there still not showing select update jukebox the files should show then

here is a link for the mega pack 2.0 with some other emulators for the a320

a quick note the lynx emulator requires the lynxboot.img to run to find a copy just google

lynxboot.img

for better snes emulation there is a version of pocket snes for the native os which is better than the pre installed one you could search here in the forums for a link or google pocket snes for dingoo native os also just to let you know some snes super fx games may not run correctly i havent had any issues with normal games though only super fx games super mario rpg which dosnt work with the original snes emulator works fine with pocket snes
as for genesis emulation there isnt a good emulator for the native os u will need to install dingux and use the pico drive emulator i dont use dingux so i dont know how to install it there might be a tutorial online somewhere beware you might brick your dingoo trying to install it though
