Need help with my new A320

 So I just got a new A320 system, and either I'm not transferring the files propperly, or there's something wrong witht the device. Whenever I try to open a game, it says, "Please wait," and then just goes back to the selection screen. PLEASE HELP!

That's with zipped files. If unzipped, they just don't show up unless I'm looking at it in the file browser.
