  Hi.

I recently got my Dingoo not too long ago and tried to install Team Dingoo's Custom firmware a320-1.03TD-3 and did not work. A screen with two shades of gray came up and lines going vertical all across the lcd came up and the screen never changed. i waited twenty minutes on the damn flashutil.exe ( i ran as administrator) and then just decided to quit because it was taking too long. But my problem is now my dingoo permantley has this screen and even if i hard reset it or turn off the power, it always come back. My dingoo's power switch doesn't even work and every time i hard reset it is coming back to the same screen and now my dingoo wont even turn off! i tried the recovery tool but nothing works. waited an hour and nothing happened. I think i really did brick my dingoo for GOOD but i am not sure. can someone please help me with this problem?

thanks and best wishes :)

Same thing happened to me. Sorry, but I think your Dingoo is screwed, especially if your computer doesn't recognize it.

when installing firmware on any device it's very important not to interupt the installing process wether it be disconnecting the usb or switching it off or decideing to quit halfway, because obviously it will do serious damage. installing firmware is a bit different from installing programs you can't just quit halfway lol. unless you want to screw up your dingoo.

i agree with animalsciences. just try using the other ILI LCD file for your recovery tool. either its ILI9331 or ILI 9325. its too early for you to quit :) i had the same problem and fixed it by founding out that i was using the wrong ILI lcd file. Patience is required for the recovery tool afterwards. i just left it on and played my other gaming handhelds xD so i wouldn't really call that patience..

It looks like this is what is happening to me too.  How do I know about what ILI file I'm using?
