Barred start up screen

after attempting to get a320-1.03TD-3 onto my dingo a320, my startup screen became barred. it will not proceed and my computer will not recognize it properly. The unbrickign tool hasnt worked (computer isnt recognizing teh dingo)
could someone please help
this exact same thing happened to be to after updating. are you stuck on a scrred with a ball like thing that has the yellow paw print logo.
i havnt found how to fix it yet but im searching :/
