A320 won't load any roms

Hi all,
Just got my A320 as an awesome birthday gift, but I can't seem to get any roms to load, I've read around and done my share of googling but I can't seem to figure it out on my own. I drag and drop the roms in the appropriate folder and then I try to load them up on the A320 it just says "Please wait" then flashes back to the same rom selection screen, any and all help is very appreciated,

First off, welcome to the brotherhood, i see alot of new faces, which means alot of you are breaking the first two rules...kidding...okay, first off, all the roms need to go into the game folder unzipped, all except the cps1 roms. and the game roms can be divided into sub-folders, if you so desire. Next, you must also have the respective .sim file for the system of your corresponding games, also, within the game folder. Lastly, there is a better snes emulator entitled pocketsnes, do a search for it and the dingoo a320 megapack, which is loaded with more emus and apps for the unit. Any other probs, just let us know bro...
