A little less than two weeks ago, I ordered two Dingoos from Dingoo Digital USA. They arrived today, and I just have to say, "Wow!!!"

Awesome as it is, the "Wow" isn't really for the Dingoo itself. Rather, it's for the incredible customer service from Justin.  He phoned me (I live in western Canada) to confirm some aspects of the order before he shipped it, then he phoned me again to follow up on some ssues with the order after it arrived.

He made sure the Dingoos were the "right" version and had no compatbilty issues and also took the time to reinstall the firmware with the feature-packed custom version, includng nifty apps and a the full suite of native OS emulators -- not just the preinstalled ones, but the best of the third party ones, as well.   

If you live in North Amerca and want a Dingoo, there is absolutely no reason NOT to order from Dingoo Digital USA.

I keep thinking about buying a second one to have a replacement for when mine dies, or in case I break it or something. However, I feel like I dodged a bullet when I got a really good unit the first time, and feel like it would be a big risk to order as blindly as I did at first. Knowing what I know now, if I do order a second one, I'll definitely buy from Justin for the assurance that I'll get another great Dingoo.

Thanks for the compliment I try my best to make sure every order and customer is happy if I make a mistake or forget something I'm only human and I apologize and make the situation as right as I can if there ever is a problem. 

Since Christmas things have been busy and Chinese New Year/ Spring Festival have put a dent in things as Dingoo-Digital China is shut down for the holiday.

So all orders right now are in back order status aka pre-order but you know what at least with a pre-order you know your going to get it and not have to wait after I recieve them ;)

I can say I get alot of joy from helping the community out with providing support and sales of the Dingoo A320 but on the same note I can say I'm not getting rich nor am I getting much sleep with having to keep a day job to pay the bills. Hopefully it will all pan out someday and this will actually make a decent profit ;)

I know what you mean. Running our movie theatres basically a labour of love. We won't live long enough to make any actual profit from it, but being able to provide the theatre experience to people is great.

Yep I'm with you there thats why I got into the game no one not even think geek at the time was providing a retail or website to order or get support from for the A320. I love the device and appreciate the community around it thats why I do what I do...
