TVOUT DINGUX problem

I downloaded this tv out "tvout-dingoo_2010-06-18.zip" And when i trying to start with --pal there are some errors "unrecognized parameter --pal " or something like this.How i can make tvout to run on a pal tv and the shutdown link for tvout ?
