i'd like to see where you're getting your information. There is no reason to beleive it's a fake.
If A380 It it's going to replace a Dingoo A320, then I really hope the software will be compatible with the A320, it will be SUPER, and then we can call it a Dingoo II, if not? it can kill the scene.

True, this device came out of nowhere, so I think that it might be a fake (we still haven't gotten 100% proof). Doesn't really matter me, I've got my dingoo and I'm happy with that!
The only thing I read about it being fake is in a comment, and that was just speculation. It makes sense though. Gemei sold the rights to the Dingoo to... Dingoo, and probably so they can do this. If it's 100 dollars, I'll still buy it, just for the PS emulation (extra buttons help regardless).
