Your dream dingoo is just a pandora man! Minus all the cell phone parts and Z and C buttons. The micro SD slots are SD slots and no R2 L2 buttons.
Let's be honest. That will not cost $200, and if it did it's very cheap. Cell phones alone cost about $130, plus maybe a monthly plan because Dingoo is not going to make a phone service. Plus it would be a little too hard to play it. All the buttons are soo close, and an on/off touch screen will be very expensive. And also the wi-fi would be terrible on a screen like that

Mass production makes cost cheaper. Besides, a phone made in 1995 still works on todays carriers - use OLDER phones/circuits for pennies.
Multiplayer ability system (with multi-dingoos in vicinity) would be amazing (perhaps via some form of bluetooth or radio-synch).
And net surfing is a must! That way we can use GoogleMaps as well when we are lost someplace odd! :)

My biggest issue with it is that I don't think Dingoo would be able to make this. The dingoo is fragile as it is!
I must say though the more I look at this, the more I start to like it. Clean it up a little, make it simpler and less agonizing to control and BINGO YOU HAVE A DINGOO!
Your dream is nice and all but it will remain a dream. If they included all these features this would easily cost 300 and only 15% of all the people that own Dingoos would buy them. The fact that the Dingoo was made to be small and affordable is what makes it so cool.
