The screens are bought in from other companies, and the replacements sell for about $18. Not sure what the margins are on the spares, but they hinted that it wasn't much when we asked. So I'd say $20 is too cheap as an estimate of production cost. Shenzhen Dingoo Digital is a really small company, and they buy a lot of the technology from elsewhere.
