What's the best program to convert movies? Convert videofiles: FLV, WMV, ASF, RM, AVI, MPEG, MP4, RMVB, SWF?
What the EASIEST way to convert .MOD movies to .Avi, DivX?

I would say Winff or Super Converter, you can find both of those by googling them.

You could also try a program called ALLtoAVI. Thats what I  use, and it works great. May take a few tries to get a perfect AVI without any lag, though.
