Is there an emulator for link cable?

Can you have 2 roms open at a time on a Dingoo? And if so, is there a chance for an emulator where you can link 2 open GBA or GB games? A way that you could trade Pokemon or unlock other things by linking the 2?
I think the processor of the Dingoo will not support two emulators running at the same time (multitasking). But it could be aweasome if the USB connection could be hacked and used to link PC<->Dingoo or Dingoo<->Dingoo. Maybe with dingux may be possible (it's linux. A little computer in your hands).
