Okay people, I'm gonna write a really stupid assed post, but please give it a read cuz I'm not sure where else to turn!

Right, my problem is this: both the Neo Geo and Atari Lynx emulators, when I try to load the roms, tell me they need BIOS information or something like that. None of my other emus do this. Why? And how do I fix the problem? Thanks everyone.

Have you put on or taken off any files from your system?

Neo Geo needs a BIOS file and it is in the main directory on the dingoo as a zip file.

First thing i suggest is connect your dingoo to you pc and make sure that file is there!

Did these emulators work for you before or is this the first tme you're trying to use them? As the previous poster said, it sounds lke you may have moved or removed some files... or never had them in the first place.

The Neo Geo emulator should work fine out-of-the-box. The required BIOS comes with it in the neogeo.zip file, which you should not move or delete. LynGoo, however, requires the lynxboot.img file, which you have to acquire and install by yourself (this is explained in the LynGoo readme.txt file).
