Converted CPS2 Roms wont work

Hi, its me again. I don't mean to sound like a noob but the converted CPS2 roms when I
go to run it, it loads and says "please wait" and then exits... What am I doing wrong?
Any suggestions and advice is appreciated, thank you.
no! you're doing it wrong! haha! dude, did i mention this is a great site for picking up hotties? yup! i got me a cute lil dingoo gal, just the other day man! sure i had extract some data, trouble shoot her a little, kinda just like a dingoo, but f$#@ it, she's hot! :)
