Hey everyone

Just got Dingux working on my Dingoo. Took a little while - first off, Mac users, use Windows for that. Seriously. My mac was pretty much useless for flashing the firmware and preparing the miniSD.

It's so worth it, PicoDrive seems to run an average of 60fps on most games...WAY better than native Dingoo emulator. Some MAME works, and SNES9x works well too ,though I wish I could scale the image to fit the screen. Does anyone knw if thats in the works?

Also, does anyone know where I can score some Dingux themes?

Thanks!

zax

The machine in effect dual boots. You turn it on as usual to boot into the original OS.

you can use an unbricker tool restore the original boot, removing the dualboot. However the latest dualboot fixes a problem with the NAND blocks, it fixes most read/write problems with the SD card. I have dualboot just for the fix, I no longer use dingux as I'm awaiting a replacement, mine has other issues.
