Dingux volume
Greetings,
I just recieved my Dingoo yesterday and the very first thing I did was install Dingux. The installation went smoothly and the emulation quality of the snes is much better than the Dingoo version.
My question is is there a way to more granularly control the volume in Dingux. It seems that the 'normal' audio level is a bit too loud but the lower setting is way too quiet when I tried out Chrono Trigger in snes9x.
Any assistance would be appreciated.

I already made a tool that does just this. I found it just as irritating as you did. Quick little shell script (roughly an hour to write, debug, and test) and it works. Step 2 will be having it as a slider so you have more control over how loud the volume is... mind you that may involve a full rewrite of volset... which wasn't done by me, but should prove to be an interesting project...
Enjoy

Guys, please don't listen to qaise, the guy is spammng the forums, the jxd1000 is a piece of crap, i played one last week and it is cheap as hell, don't buy one!
Hey qaise, you guarantee that the jxd1000 is better than the Dingoo??? Hmm, how about you post your name and address so anyone that buys it and doesn't like it more than the Dingoo can send you the bill. That's what a guarantee is all about right?? jxd1000 sucks, there isn't even a forum in English for support for it's users. There isn't even a tutorial video on youtube for it. Damn, I'm a noob and even I know better!!!

nm, looks like it resets the volume to highest each reboot so that explains why it was so loud. Still would be nice to have a bit more control over the volume levels.
