Hi, new post to say that now, here is a Sega Master System/Game Gear emulator for Dingoo. You don't need Linux to use it, it's a native Dingoo SIM file.
Put smsGGOO.SIM in your GAME directory. Put your .SMS games where you want.
Choose A pour play SMS game or B to play Game Gear game regarding the rom.
Use "Interesting game" from Dingoo menu and choose your .SMS file, the emu will launch with the game

Game Gear emulation doesn't
Game Gear emulation doesn't actually work, right? I made a separate folder for them in the GAMES folder, renamed *.gg to *.sms, but when I load any rom the game starts with the screen scaled wrong and messed up color palette, and the controls don't work.
I'm using the official 1.2 firmware and I tested over 20 roms that had been confirmed with GoodGG. Anyone get any different results?
Resolved: Game Gear roms must
Resolved: Game Gear roms must be named *.gg. Do not rename to *.sms or you will get the results I described above.

Rename to .sms
For now you will have to rename game gear roms to .sms.
Sega games come in .bin
Sega games come in .bin format, not .sms.
26 letters. Object, action, subject. Nouns and verbs. Simple.
Remember: You are responsible for your advice.
You are wrong. Do a torrent
You are wrong.
Do a torrent search for sega master system and you will find packs of .sms games.
isohunt is a good site to search
Not sure what your point
Not sure what your point is..?
If you want to run either a Sega Master System game or a GameGear game, you'll need to make sure they are unzipped and have an extension of .SMS
Version 2 rocks!
Big time thanks for all the work! You are a crucial part of the Dingoo's steady advancement, and I as I am sure the rest of us thank you! Only thing, is it just me or do the buttons (A & B) seem to be reversed? Anyways, even if they are, its nothing serious. U rock and keep up the great work!
PS: Next project... Atari 2600 emulator, or PS1 Eboot player? Both would be awesome and by no means impossible I would think. :)
